Summary: It was not as clean as it should be. There was a long hair on bed pillow and my daughter wanted to leave. Then the bathroom had hair on the floor.The maid came in and only made one bed, because the was a bag on the bed i guess.I would stay someplace else for the money we spent.

Summary: Had to chane rooms upon arrival as the first had a mildew smell and i found a bug and dirt in thr mattress. Was NOT a bed bug but still a bug. The second was better as it smelled better and no bug on the mattress. The sheets were not so clean. Asked for a refresh. The service was accomodating..glad they were as the options in the area were few.

Summary: We chose because of the close location to family but it’s an older hotel that’s been redone. Bathrooms were definitely in need of more renovation and kids said it was creepy. Door didn’t latch without pushing/pulling closed. Breakfast was very minimal and the first day they only had cinnamon raisin or everything bagels. No plain!

Summary: This was my first time staying at this hotel. On the first day, the bathtub was clogged, but the staff acted quickly and switched us to a different room right away. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The beach, restaurant, and shops were all very close by, which made everything super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you! 😊

Summary: It was a very nice hotel set near to the beach with nearby shopping facilities. It was quiet and the grounds especially around the pool reminds me of the island with the lush plants and almost tranquil scenery. You could not hear your neighbor in the next room, which is just a blessing. The day and night staff were excellent in dealing with guests and the caretaker of the breakfast and cafeteria area was very patient, accommodating and helpful.

Summary: Wasn’t the experience or level of hotel I accepted from Hilton. This was an old best western and definitely a motel not hotel. Bed was fine, service was great but not synonymous with the Hilton appeal.
